He is driven by companies & products that serve a purpose and have a positive impact in the world. Nothing thrills him more than the idea of growing things that make the world a better place.

Cihan is a marketing professional with 4 years of experience in both corporate life and startup ecosystem. He experienced various marketing fields in addition to his engineering background. Prior to ShyftUp, he worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Scoutium. He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Industrial Engineering.

For the past three years, Buse has been driving ShyftUp’s marketing and business development efforts, specializing in app marketing and growth. She has met with over 150 apps, developing tailored strategies and performing ASO to maximize their success. Outside of work, Buse is a proud cat mom, a sea lover, and a passionate baker.

Ege is a multidisciplinary professional with an engineering and business background. He has three years of experience in both organic and paid app marketing. He is passionate about cycling and long distance triathlon. He likes to read about finance, economic thought schools, international politics, and macroeconomics. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Şamil is a Graphic Design Lead at ShyftUp, where he has been creating store and advertising visuals for various mobile apps over the past four years. Before joining ShyftUp, he worked as a UI designer, focusing on mobile app designs. He is passionate about digital art, including AI-generated visuals, and enjoys exploring the world of PC gaming.

Derya is a Graphic Designer focused on digital designs. She studied political science and public administration at Gazi University. During the same period, she took a course about web and graphic design from BilgeAdam in Ankara. Prior to ShyftUp, she took part in various projects involving government agencies, film festivals and cultural organizations.

Irmak Naz is a marketing professional with expertise in user growth, digital marketing, and mobile apps. Drawing on her experience as a breathing coach, content creator, and photographer, she brings a heartfelt and creative touch to her work, crafting impactful strategies that drive results and foster meaningful connections.

For the past two years, İlayda has been leading app growth and marketing initiatives at ShyftUp, with a focus on optimizing ASO and paid strategies. She has collaborated with apps across diverse categories, using her expertise to create impactful growth strategies. Outside of work, she is deeply committed to yoga and meditation, integrating mindfulness practices into her daily routine to enhance both her personal and professional life.

Selin is passionate about building connections and driving business success. She’s a proud mom to a baby girl and holds a degree from Boğaziçi University. She’s excited to be generating leads and making an impact at ShyftUp. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with her cat, exploring new tastes, or having coffee with friends.

Hasibe brings 3 years of marketing experience across both corporate and startup environments, with a strong track record in leading teams and managing international projects. An enthusiast for mobile apps, she is passionate about driving growth through strategic marketing and customer success initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and cooking and is a proud cat mom.

Elif is a marketing professional with 2 years of experience driving revenue growth for over 20 brands. Specializing in data-driven user acquisition, she optimizes mobile app performance through market research and creative strategies. Outside of work, Elif enjoys Reformer Pilates and trying new culinary experiences.
